We are calling on you to help address the disparities in brain rehabilitation services across Scotland by writing to your local MSP.
The Scottish Head Injury Forum sent a letter by email to the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care, Neil Gray on 13th February 2025 regarding the reduction of essential services in our brain injury community. A copy of this letter is available below.
We have prepared a template letter that you can use that highlights:
- The “postcode lottery” in brain rehabilitation services across Scotland
- Current service reductions and their impact on the brain injury community
- The request for a meeting between SHIF, the Health Minister, and key stakeholders
Together, we can work towards ensuring equitable access to essential rehabilitation services for all those affected by brain injuries in Scotland.
